Why are people annotating banner ads to buy stuff? >.<

In my experience watching YouTube on an AppleTV isn’t bad. If there is an ad it’s just at the start of the video and between 10 seconds and 30 seconds. If it’s longer you can skip after ten seconds. Since I tend to watch long format stuff, 15 min to 90 min long, that add isn’t really much of an issue.

It doesn’t sound like this will be interactive but instead used in an attraction or landscape to bring the world to life around you. Much of the control seems to be in the handheld device. The way I read it the handheld device triggers the drone to fire the “laser” at the target on the handheld device. You wouldn’t be

It’s even more amazing listening to it in audio book version. Just listening to a very professional sounding narrator read the stuff in the book makes me giggle like a little kid :)

Unless he’s implying those are better then normal pancakes, which hey look like they might!! I hate the super fluffy ones that act like a sponge and turn into air with syrup that you eat...

Yep, another amateur pool owner here that likes to keep the pool at a toasty 90 degrees F. It’s nice since its in the shade from 6pm onward and around 7-8pm when people usually swim the air temperature is down to 75 to 80 degrees, so the water feels fantastic. Also, not too much wind lately. Hasn’t turned green all

Yep, until the arbitrary age of 18. Hopefully at that age there is less peer pressure and actually an individual choice taking place, not a crowd mentality or peer pressure.

Good to hear; I have run into a couple people that say it's perfectly safe though and are excited because now they could do it while working, or in the break room, or X number of places that they used to not smoke. I saw them double and triple down on the amount they used. Also, personally it's BS when they say the

I probably did, and I'm sorry for that, just the way things are heading and how people are acting is driving me to that. To be clear, I don't care if adults do it, but don't lie to yourselves, it's not as safe as not doing anything. Also, teenagers really shouldn't bitch about any of this, they need to grow up first

People are massively stupid. I love how empowered and proud they get that they QUIT since they started using electric cigarettes. You’re allowed to be proud that you quit when you don’t use electric cigarettes any more. Until then you get to say you switched, because let’s be honest, you can’t put down that damn

So this is a temporary course they set up in a zoo? Why didn't they just use a famous national course? Or would that give unfair advantage to those that could train on it?

So you’re saying I’ve got a good chance? I like what I’m hearing! 🤔

Well shit, and I've got my eye on this cute girl from work that falls right into that age group AND loves Bernie...

I doubt they will. Nothing is too good for their children, they’ll do what it takes. The big issue is for the small, but very real, percent of people that can not be vaccinated or are too young to be vaccinated yet. If you have a population with a large enough percent vaccinated then you have what’s called herd

It’s dangerous that she did that. She’s a DOCTOR and instead of closing the door she went back and opened it up a little. Anti-vax people don’t care about published peer reviewed scientific evidence, they care about the “mommy feeling” they have that vaccines are bad. Now here we have a doctor that instead of politely

Wow! You got a lot of different things out of it then I did. First, I didn’t follow the comics, I’m the “casual” fan that’s enjoyed how Batman movies have been going as of late and thought this would go more into the story. So my take my be different because of that...

I think this is passive aggressive on their part... They ALWAYS just post a time and no mention of time zone or if it plays a factor at all. I don’t know how hard it would be for them to just say “local time” after the given time, but it might be a technical limitation of their posting software. Either way the most

I like that Tesla is more of a “we provide information if you want to ask, otherwise we’ll step back”. With the Internet today the people that actually want to buy a car have already played around with the web site and read some reviews and watched people on YouTube that own it. When they stand in front of the real

Yep, battery swap with fleet make sense. They handle standard routes on predictable schedules. Either shipping companies could handle the swap and charge themselves, or Tesla could build out strategic swap points and lease the “energy” (battery pack + cost of charge) to the companies or possibly the whole damn truck.

They had such a good property, the ability for fantastic effects, seriously deep pockets, three out of the four original key components (still sad that Harold Ramis isn't with us any more) and it just felt like they weren't even trying... Almost parody level :-/
