I hate the smell of Gear Lube

enjoy the satisfaction of that stock-shaped diff cover precisely distributing lube in that rear end.

Oh God. So true. She goes out of town and I just stand in place because I’ve forgotten how to run my own life.

01 2.5 RS. Bought it 7 years ago to steal all the running gear to throw into a 96 Impreza Brighton.

Right on man, I hate that attitude too. Apropos to your point, I spotted this car on the road this afternoon, and low and behold, it pulled into the same parking lot as us.

“C*nt come”?  That’s an awfully rude license plate.

He stole with permission (theft by deception).

Would prefer they kill off the damn foot operated parking/emergency brakes instead, my ankle can’t always articulate that way.

A bunch of new Camaro’s have had similar issues during track use I believe. Sounds like GM engineers are making their vehicles too sensitive.

Sayeth the gospel of Smokey Yunick.

It’s not cheating until someone makes a rule that says it’s cheating. Until then it’s “creative interpretation of the rules”.

I have a 2001 Ram Air TA. The car could be made of razor wire. Don’t care. Still keeping it.

open the hood: if the engine is half buried under the cowl, it’s either cab-forward or a 90's Firebird/Camaro.

Ultra Supreme Deluxe Magnum”

1. These things are seriously dumb. If you’ve removed so much of the functionality out of your car that it can get stuck on a leaf in the road, then it’s dumb.  This is beyond the ‘respect the culture, man! we’re all good auto enthusiasts!’ thing. Your tires don’t even fit your wheels... do you have to do a tire

Don’t cheap out on engine oil. Ever hear of sludge? 700,000 miles so far using Mobile 1. No rebuilds. 96 Ranger 2.3. Unless you must have a new care every 2 years, using good synthetic oil is cheap in the long run

I run K&Ns but for environmental and lazy reasons more than “more power!” I don’t believe or care about the “more power!” I don’t like that a ton of paper filters end up wasting away in landfills. I never need to replace my filter but once.
