All but the driver can have an open container in Missouri. Exceptions are a couple of municipalities on I-70 (Foristell and Independence) and at least one on I-55 (Festus). Not having grown up here, I still feel like I need to hide it when I’m a passenger with a roadie. 

Neutral: I would prefer an EV credit policy that helps put more lower and middle income people in an EV. The existing tax credit policy doesn’t really accomplish that.

I’m not sure if I necessarily made a better decision with my second car other than saving quite a bit of money on gas. I went from a 1985 Ford Crown Victoria LTD to a 1991 Ford Escort LX 5-door hatchback with a 5-speed manual. Looked a bit like this but mine was darker blue.

I was introduced to Casey’s pizza when I briefly lived in NW Iowa, and I agree, it is the best gas station pizza out there. I stop for a slice or two when I’m on the road and come across a Casey’s. QuikTrip comes in second (QT dominates the St. Louis area), they do a pretty good breakfast pizza.

I’m not sure about that. My stepfather was a UPS driver, and I wouldn’t have ever described him as “fit.”
