It depends on the car. I use it frequently in my 2007 Toyota Avalon. I use it primarily for navigation. The one in my MDX 2014 is simply terrible. First - it does not understand you. Second - navigating the menu takes so many voice commands it is just easier to press a button. I don’t use it at all in this car. Sad…
