Yeah, I don't know. The officer didn't choke him out. He didn't take his broken baton and proceed to jam it into his heart as if he were buffy the vampire slayer. They didn't beat or draw guns and execute him once he was down and in handcuffs. They didn't take turns firing tasers into him as he writhes on the ground.
