Phil Cook is an excellent musician. He brings so much game to whatever he's involved with. Whether it's as a group (Megafaun), collaborator (Hiss Golden Messenger), producer, or solo. I'm loving the sound of this album. His recent EP "This Side Up" was a slow blues burner. Excited for this new album.
