There’s a bar in venice that does boozy cereal milk - there’s a few types, including a bourbon honey nut cheerio milk and some sort of rum and cinnamon toast crunch milk. They soak it overnight, drain out what’s left of the cereal, and serve just the milk. It’s amazing
