Witcher 3 has more sex in it than about any VN can get away with. You can not like it but visual novels are not trash unless its just a bad visual novel. There are good VN’s with decisions you can make to alter the story as well as some interactive sequences.

Turning vsync off allows the video card to dump the latest image on the screen thus allowing faster movement.
