Interestingly, it doesn’t depress respiration like traditional opioids. It’s a weird drug. It’s has opioid like effects, and it is definitely addictive. But it also has mild stimulative effects. Should it be regulated? Yes. Should it go straight to schedule 1 without any public comment period? No.
