Learned this 20+ years ago about —- "more than 3 people can't agree where to have lunch, let alone anything really important" — think it might be a Tom Peter's quote (love that guy).

Exactly — Win7 really made it a lot more fixable and reliable. Win95/98 stood for 95-98 days between reinstalls, XP was a lot better but still once every year-18months.

No one ever said it better:

Buy veggies like carrots, onions, celery, etc.. prep/clean/cut then freeze them on a sheet tray so they are individual, then vacuum seal them with a food saver - keep for a year easy and no frost/burn. Same thing with fruits, buy blueberries, strawberries, etc.. in season, freeze on sheet trays then vacuum pack. No

I don't believe this will work in the majority of cabinets. The shelves come out to far and the cabinet door will not shut due to insufficient clearance. It's sure looks like the door in the pic won't close, I am curious if they tested it, might be just optical but it looks like not enough clearance.

Actually 'bout 75-85$ w/the wifi dongle, if you can get a Pi from anywhere for 35$ in less than months. Bare Pi's on Ebay are going for 50$, 2 - 8gb SD cards, one with Weezy, one with XBMC, Wi-Fi USB Dongle, Power Supply and case. Case is 7-8$, SD Cards are 5$ each, Wifi - 12-15$ ... but he's a programmer not a HDW

He's streaming off a USB disk — it's N but I've never been able to stream off of wireless for 1080p on any machine reliably. Some say you can some say you can't. Me I've not been able too. I just hit the basement and wired my entertainment center to avoid the hassle.

My son bought a raspberry pi with XBMC preloaded on SD card, plus wifi card, case, and power suppy on EBay for 130$ delivered — runs 108oP no problem w/MP4, MKV, AVI, etc.. just fine to HDMI to his TV. Sure he could have saved a few bucks setting it up himself, but he had it up and running 10 minutes after he got the

Don't know about the rest of you, but my CU has all those features online and in a smartphone app. Plus I get foreign ATM fees refunded, 3% interest on my checking if I make 10 debit card transactions and direct deposit every month. They don't have deposit slips in branch, just scan your card to get your account info

Been a hobbyist/DIY woodworker too for 30+ years.. built or helped build 7-8 houses if you count my dad's, sisters and cousins along with 3 of my own. Dozens of smaller buildings, kitchens, furniture, built-ins, trim carpentry, etc.. While I think his push blocks are too small and should be made of solid wood which

Am a full time service contractor for IBM/Windows/Networks/Phone Systems, etc.. if it's got electrons and carries intelligence I work on it. Been offered several jobs by customers - in particular if I am contracted in when someone leaves or is fired. But no one's offered me enough to go back to the 6am-8pm grind of

Wouldn't is just be too slick if just as they are about to hit enter and save the world, we see a BSOD or a Keneral Panic — even an IBM I5/OS SRC code.... the systems always boot right away, never crash and they always have enough disk space, never having to delete anything ...... hell I can't even type in my own

Best rule is food that is from a plant, not made in one.....

You need to get out of the himalayas. It might not affect throwback possibly fictional primitive primates, but it will hit the rest of us.

maybe in greenville it's still leaf season — but here in Michigan it's snowing, this is a tad late and I also am on the bandwagon — there is someone who doesn't know this ?? If so they probably also want a video on how use a rake right?

This is a good deal for common sizes. Gear wrenches will change you go-to tool choice. I Love the X-beams but these are nice too.

Except the gear wrenches, pricey so some folks don't have them or think they are a gimmick, but they are the slickest handiest items and usually are on sale for Xmas at Amazon — have a full set of SAE & Metric - the X-versions are outstanding, the heads are 90 degrees to each other and the handle feels great in your

Don't strive for "good" credit. The only good FICO is "Zero" — FICO rewards you for penalizing yourself by paying interest. Even if you pay everything off every month and don't take out big loans, FICO won't like you— they want you to keep balances. That is insane - you save money @ 2% — the banks lend it back to you
