APB was released? I had no idea. Seemed like such a good concept too.

I know why it will work.

I hate my desk phone at work, I barely get calls on it, and when I do, I make sure to tell clients to call my cell next time.

I can't wait for this game. Dead Space is definitely one of the most entertaining games I've played in recent years.

@Uckofay: That's fantastic, I wish they had already included it if it's cheap and will function as I want it to.

@FrankenPC: A single platter is 3.5" in diameter, meaning it has a surface area of approx. 9.62". This times the approx. 466GB from this tech gives us approx. 4.37 petabytes per platter. Give it a normal amount of about four platters for example and we have approx. 17.5PB

Receivers in the 70's were beautiful and powerful. Nothing wrong with them!

I would actually like an FM receiver chip in my phone if it didn't affect performance when I'm not using the radio.

I doubt it'll do better in subsequent weekends. It may do comparably well to what it's doing now which wouldn't be bad.

@Ali-Kharazi: I'm sure playing the first one at least will make parts of this worthwhile story-line-wise but I don't think they would go so far as to make sure people played a ten year old game to understand this one.

@Shinryoma: Carmack is a damn genius as far as I'm concerned. He is one of the few people I truly envy because of his talent for coding.

19th century TF2 would be the best idea ever. Do this, Valve!

In my experience it's been with the help of beer that I get multiple sexual partners.

@soldstatic: My current and last vehicle don't have CC. Even when I travel (which is often) and get a rental car with CC I never use it. I don't care if I'm driving hundred of miles it just irks me.

@8thManOnTheMoon: No kidding. If you can't tell that your foot is positioned 6 inches off to the wrong side then you shouldn't be driving.

@Architectin: You seem to have a bad habit of getting something out of your passenger's side door while you're driving at all.

@Bricked: Maybe, I would say Microsoft just knows how to pick their fights wisely. When Microsoft and Sony got sued over a vibrating controller patent Microsoft settled whilst Sony battled it and lost.

That trick should work on other "incompatible" drivers in case you need to install something and Windows or the installer is being picky (like a Vista driver won't install on 7 when there isn't one available for 7).

@KingSheep03: That's absolutely a possibility, it could very well function perfectly and smoothly when it's released.

Looks like a fantastic UI but unless they resolve the apparent responsiveness issues then I'm not interested.
