It's bad enough that the responsibility of innovation is in large part put unto independent games but when people won't even support a true gem that rarely comes around commercially much less independently then perhaps the state of games need to be reconsidered.

I wouldn't worry about porn cause I'd know it's gonna happen.

There's a number of reasons people hate Boll and Dyack. Don't measure people by their effort but by their results, cause that's all that matters.

More Mila Kunis, less everything else.

@Absent Blue: Oh, and it is true we do ban other media by definition if it comes from a country like Cuba where we currently hold an embargo against. If someone published a book in Cuba it would be illegal to own or sell it in America.

@syafiqjabar: The country as a whole does not ban books— you will get states that will ban books (unconstitutionally, but they do it anyway and sometimes succeed) and numerous libraries and stores will ban books as well. Plus saying a book was banned is a great way for it to get attention and be sold, even if it only

Miyamoto could take an interest in munging and somehow turn it into a family-friendly console selling game. His forays aren't exactly breaking the mold, but when he decides to turn them into video games he remakes them into something else entirely.

Shouldn't the Konami code give you 99 Capri Sun?

I've read few articles since Dead Space was announced and watched one E3 game play video. That's it for me, I'm sold, tell me no more cause I want to experience it myself. I can't think of a game that wasn't a sequel to an already established series that made me shun info on it for fear it'd inevitably make for a

I'm glad America doesn't ban *any* media, worst that happens is a retail outlet chooses to not sell it (but hey, they can do what they want).

Sonic one by freakout and the Microsoft one by Amazon_Chris made me lawl

I'd love to play this but I'm not paying for a PS3 to play it.

@Absent Blue: Oops, got pricing wrong =P thought it was ten more. Five bucks? Not as bad, but still doesn't make any sense.

Piracy is easier on PC, sure, but it's usually done because people can't justify spending the money for the game. Pricing it at $10 is more like, "It's only ten bucks, I'll buy it." Pricing it at $20 is more like, "Too much considering what else I can get, I'll pirate it and check it out."

I should really really pick up Disgaea. Those sorts of games were not really my cup of tea but I hear nothing bad about Disgaea, plus I like the design of the game and I've seen some of the cut scenes which are down right hilarious.

I just don't see anything to get excited over, COD4 had great level design and pacing. The combat was second to none and ridiculously entertaining. This just looks like a point-n-shoot game, these guys have little strategy going on and just seem to run into the next fight with no regard to what's going on.

It's supposed to be over 9000 for the ridiculous DBZ fan reaction.

Got Persona 3 from my brother— I cracked out on the first two that came to America when they came out but managed to overlook the first. Kinda thinking about going in and getting a copy of FES instead after reading more and playing a bit though.

8800GTS 640 and a Q6600 allows me to run any other game at full settings on 1920 x 1200... except Crysis of course. I do run it on high, no AA, at a slightly lower resolution of equal aspect ratio (gives it enough blurriness to almost look as good as some AA).
