Ska Brewery has an Autumnal Mole Chile Stout which has quite a nice chile flavor to it, I don't know if I would drink it solo but I think it would be excellent with some savory meat dish.

Also I have only two bottles left of the Dogfish Head Punkin Ale, I'm saving one bottle until the weather really starts to get cold and I put another away to try my hand at aging it, though I don't think it will last…
