Yeah, because I’m sure there’s NO Trump supporters playing for the Cubs. Seriously, the politics of one player is pretty irrelevant unless it’s Curt Schilling-level assholery or Kaepernick-esque protest.

If you can’t correlate how reducing the noise a firearm makes and the benefit to your ears, I can’t help you. And yes, I support using them as they have a purpose when shooting. In other words, use both for full hearing protection. It doesn’t make you a super secret deadly sniper who’s gonna rack up millions of kills.
Shooting into a massive crowd, accuracy doesn’t mean very much. And people obviously heard the gunshot an located the shooter, so it seems to me that a silencer could have made him harder to locate/avoid/hide from. Also, the LARGER point is that we shouldn’t make it easier to kill people, and silencers unambiguously…
To protect your hearing. If you target shooting, then, yeah, you ears get destroyed over the years.
They don’t make the gun silent like on the TV box.
I’m glad to see that The Oakland A’s are standing behind him. Also, he’ll hopefully be more immune to the kneejerk/idiotic “but the troops!” replies to this sort of protest, despite it never having ANYTHING to do with the military anyway.
I can’t imagine what other time you’re talking about...
+1 Galarraga
I listened to this whole damn game on the edge of my seat. Even post-Cavs win, my Cleveland-bred assumption of disappointment had me convinced we were done. Lindor down to his last strike? I mean, I love Lindor, but he’d had a bad night and he was down in the-
The thing is, they didn’t even face Cleveland’s toughest pitchers. Clevinger and Bauer are nowhere near as dominant as Kluber, Carrasco, or Salazar (when he’s healthy). One wonders if they’d actually have had better luck against “better” pitchers.

I wouldn’t quite call it unthinkable. Cleveland are 5-1 on the Astros this year, and both series were before June.
This seems apropos...
This is the proudest I’ve been of the Browns since 2002. The people that don’t understand this, or try to make it a military issue, are such dunderfucks...sigh...
This honestly reads like the attitude of someone still troubled by a messy breakup, which, man, I’ve been there. I don’t want to attack her here; she’s the relatively unknown person here. And cheating is a shitty, shitty thing to do.
No no no, that’s an NBA record. Easy mistake. THIS is a baseball record:
I’m shocked no one else has posted this yet.

I owned and loved my scion xD which was, sadly, totaled when someone t-boned me on the highway 2 years ago. It handled well and was really fun to drive.
I think I speak for everyone when I say: “Yeesh!”
Why spend the better part of $100,000 on a chase car when sub-$40,000 (new) ones can and have sufficed for decades?
