As soon as I saw the theme for this week’s draft, I decided that I’d vote for whoever picked cranberry sauce, because even the weakest Thanksgiving dish can be made better with a bit of cranberry sauce. And then I saw the rest of Allison’s choices and all four are winners! Thanks, Allison.

The thing we want to see: Dr Manhattan. (That seems very obvious to me).

Rorschach dropped his journal in the mailbox before leaving NY for Antartica. It said, I believe, that he’d found that Veidt had killed the Comedian, but at the time, he knew nothing about the squid, so that’s not in his journal.

I love milk. I still can’t eat anything fully chocolate (cake, cookies, whatever) without drinking a full glass after. I’ve tried substitutes but nothing else does it for me.

Was Lady Trieu’s hurry to buy the land because she knew whatever fell from the sky was going to fall on that piece of land (it’s 60 acres) at that exact time, and when she said “That is mine”, she meant that she owned it now because it fell on her land?

I didn’t care for Laurie in the comic all that much... she clearly wanted to transcend her enforced role as Dr Manhattan’s sex toy, but I never felt like she managed to, not within the comic’s timeline. But I love how this episode shows that she’s clearly become her own woman. She reminded me a lot of Monica Lewinsky,

Totally agree about the experts vs newbies reviews suggestion.

Forgive me if this has been discussed below; I’ve read many (but not all) of the comments thus far:

I think the baby had her mother’s trainer’s eyes, not traitor’s eyes.

Simone—as uncertain as she may be as to whether this is real or just her dying brain’s feverish interpretation of her fading existence—

Though season 5 didn’t lean too hard into the Dinesh/Gilfoyle bickering. I thought they’d put that behind them, but I guess not.
