I'm assuming many people are familiar and most of the rest are intelligent enough to understand the image.
A billboard has context that can be gleaned because it is from a specific film that is part of a fictional universe. It's not just a picture of an unidentifiable man choking an unidentifiable woman that features no branding indicating what it is.
You worry about a number of things that don't require worry, it seems.
Again, I think any adult seeing this conversation will readily recall the context of your comment. It's right above mine for them to read.
