Neat race car!
Also really interesting that they went with the under mount wing instead of the goose neck top mount design. Pratt & Miller definitely know more about race car shit than any of us, but very interesting considering just about everyone else has transitioned to the more efficient top mount design.
I dunno....NASCAR teams go through a LOT of chewing tobacco
4.27% ROI for the season! Well done, chaps!
“The big record-breaking run is scheduled for the tail end of 2020 and into 2022—if all goes well.”
Leases, bad judgement, 84 month financing, and small penises.
I agree that cars are being built much better now and do last longer, but their is so much tech. built into them they’re becoming dated quicker (sort of like comparing an iPhone 6 vs. an iPhone 11). As a guy who likes to DIY, the new tech. scares me.
“how it’s possible that I see so many brand new trucks and SUVs driving around.”
Not surprised about first gear. Between rent, student loans, rising taxes, and the cost of every thing else, who can afford a $25k-$30k brand new car? Even a nice used car is stretching it in my experience.
I was really hoping for the Rich Energy Bloodhound, oh well.
Can we stop pretending this is a car. Its a jet without wings, and about as relevant as Truckasaurus is to anything automotive. Its not automobiles done well, its aviation done poorly. #getoffmylawn
Abby’s database is really just a link to jalopnik.
Hyundai Genesis: let there be flight.
After nearly 900,000 miles it's allowed to have a few glitches. What's the problem with yours?
The T-pods on top of the car actually differ in colour between teammates. This year it’s black for the first driver on the roster, yellow for the second I think.
I need everyone to promise not to look at these pictures of McLaren’s new, very very limited-run (they’re making all of five of these things) BC-03 hypercar,
Just a peek.
This would be a fantastic idea. I for one look forward to David Tracey’s stories about the rusted Model A that he bought from an old farmer for $40 and is planning to restore to (semi-) drivable condition.
Do it for a week. Have a fun 50s automagazine themed week hell you could do each decade. I would really be looking forward to the '70s personally.
