According to teh smartglass app I have 75 hours of launched time in that game. I don’t recall noticing any performance dips in that time.

Ground Zeroes’ Xbox One version ran just as well as PS4 so i imagine the same will be true for Phantom Pain. The Xbox One version does run at a lower resolution though.

I don't know, for me it was, "With all due respect, Madam President, ask around."
