Soon? You mean just long enough for me to forget...
I remember reading "you will never have to pay for this game again"
Right, I respect his right to voice himself and moderate his channel on the interweb per the rights he has. But what I don't understand is how he concerns himself with the comments, and quantifies such as being pointless or stupid when I can't help but feel the same way about his videos. I don't want to be glib and…
I find it a little hypocritical to knock comments for lacking value or not "meaning anything". — Do his videos ever 'mean anything'? Because from what I've seen, it's him talking to himself, and often being fairly obnoxious and people apparently eat that up.
I can understand that, as long as Bethesda was willing to make appropriate efforts to try and help you.
doesn't matter. Under australian law if there is reasonable grounds to request a refund they have to provide it. Same for NZ, Canada and just about every other country in the world. Glad that someone is finally doing something about this,
8) It's called "adaptation" for a reason. Books are not movies or TV shows. Having three space battles in a book costs the same as having one space battle. Books that can support dozens of characters each with unique internal monologues become overpopulated and messy when brought to the screen. Consolidating three…
All this attention for ALS is great—but I can't help but feel the attention has become more on the meme and less on the disease. Whatever helps secure research funds, I guess.
It's not realistic till it's blowing fluids of various consistencies and colors out of every orifice like a real baby.
I loved this demo, maybe the best thing all year, but the thing that lost its respect for me was that last puzzle. from requiring the mic to solve it to being toally random. The final puzzle completely ruined the immersion in the name of a gimmick. That's Kojima, taking an empty gimmick and calling it innovation
am i the only one that thinks all this hunger to "discover" hidden things and trying to make up "reasons" for every single cockroach train in the damn demo is kinda too much ?
The only issue I have with it is the people who don't have a clue what they are doing or don't donate and make a video but don't mention the reason. It does nothing for anyone but people's egos when they don't actually say anything or donate. Then it is just a stupid meme.
Those doing things properly and actually…
While I totally agree that the trend is nothing to be ashamed of, precisely because it's increased donations for ALS by 1000%, the reason a lot of people I know are frustrated with it is because its symptomatic of an underlying problem.
"so, you get to choose when you get to make your point? "
You're comparing batman to movies? Movies mess so much up. The only "real" source of comic book movies are in the animated versions.
Yes, because one story that was never intended to be in ANY continuity trumps 60 years of stories....
I would have loved to play Diablo III's hardcore mode, but the always online "feature" basically guaranteed to me that my character would eventually die, and i would be angrier that it happened due to lag or a disconnect rather than an error of my part as a player.
Always online makes hardcore mode way too unpredictable. I lost my max level monk permanently a while back because the game lagged for a few seconds. Blizzard, please let me play hardcore mode without having to worry about my internet connection killing me.
It was, but that was also a time when the always on DRM could be attempted to be justified with the existence of the RMAH and GAH. However with both those gone, even that poor argument falls flat nowadays.
