out of curiosity, how many people are playing Diablo 2?

yes. yes it does. RotT had a lot more color than that. the setting is also wrong. it looks like they kept some stuff and threw other stuff out the window. throwing in some nods to the old games isnt the same thing as a remake. but i hope the actual game is better than the trailer made it out to be.
thats not how you clean NES carts. thats how you damage them.
the most famous example of scope creep. youd think developers would be less quick to utter those words after that game.
i know i should be excited but the cynic in me says, "lets see how they turn this into yet another generic shooter."
is it technically hacking if its open source? i think thats what youre supposed to do.
how much did they inspire other games? im not really familiar with any games but this one adopting their multiplayer system.
i do agree that knowledge is a good thing. id like for their to be a better dialogue open between gamers and developers. with that said, you can give this knowledge too soon. take the mod Black Mesa for example. a lot is known about the mod, but its been in development forever. people have already gotten excited, let…
rigged or not, my sister can get a prize almost every time on any machine. i dont know how she does it. on my birthday one year she told me shed get me a prize from the claw machine. i laughed. she picked up not one but two things in one attempt. to this day its one of my favorite presents, not because its worth much…
Bane from TDKR, really? i found him (and the movie for that matter) to be enjoyable but very disappointing.
first off thats not even true. there is a difference between a powerup and an item. second off theres more to a proper sequel than the same game with new powerups.
no it isnt.
games back then were aimed at kids.
Metro IS the start menu. its just been expanded to have more features. thats all. Metro isnt the OS. its as much the OS as the start menu is on windows 7. windows 8 is faster, not just its start menu aka Metro. if you spend all your time in the start menu, then you are doing something wrong.
yeah im excited about 8 too for that reason. i usually skip a windows or two but im building a new PC and im going with windows 8 since its the fastest and itll be super cheap. its going to be $40 till the end of the year. ive used all the other ones so im familiar with them. personally, i dont get these OS fanboys…
and windows 8 is less a resource hog than 7. 8 is nowhere near the atrocity you make it out to be. the UI you are talking about in 8 is actually the start menu named Metro. 8 has a desktop.
sure they are. people make this bluff with every windows version. people even made this bluff with windows 7.
windows 8 is significantly faster. the Metro UI is really just a fancy start menu with more options and allows you to see more. there is no reason you have to even see the Metro if you dont want to. its not like most people use the start menu more than a couple times a day at most. they made windows 8 for the same…
so this is the problem with the most recent Mario games. theyve spent too much time studying the past instead of doing something fresh.
am i the only who thinks this looks tacky?
