Correction, GameFreak being incompetent at giving needed resources and time to programmers to optimize software to the specifications of the hardware to meet tight and increasingly unrealistic deadlines. 

I’m an idiot, but I feel like this is less of a Switch issue and more of a GameFreak issue. BOTW ran, for the most part, fine, with a much more densely packed world. GameXplain said it runs better in handheld.

She had a film come out in July so it’s not like she is retired. 

Why WOULDN’T they say “we are aware of serious injuries sustained during TwitchCon. We cannot comment further at this time, but we wish the affected people a speedy recovery”? Where’s the legal danger in that?
