Not the car makers’ fault. Totally all about stupid drivers.

I distinctly recall their launch and then, maybe a year or two later, a parking lot somewhere in southern California (maybe in Riverside County) that was filled with about 50 of them. They sat for months then disappeared quite suddenly.
I approve this message.
Still better than current model.
It’s an interesting concept, but that last few feet into the refrigerator.... basically, you have to be home and available when they arrive, right? So you race home from work to meet the robot at the curb? I’m sure there’s a plan in mind but human nature being what it is, how flexible can the ‘bot be?
I am sad to report that I love the Continental bulge grafted onto the otherwise anonymous Rivian.
My guess is the head gasket blew like 10K miles ago. I understand that that generation Rover V8 ate em like Skittles.
Yup on all counts. They should ask a flight attendant for help, as they can do the most to make it happen - or shut them down when they’re out of line. It never fails to amaze me when people are completely nonplussed to find out they’re not magically in an aisle/window, near their child/beloved, in FIRST CLASS or some…
So hey, does the US get the 90 or not? I can’t find any reference to it, and it doesn’t seem to be available on the LR configurator either.
Yeah I don’t know what magical Narnialand gas stations you frequent, but about 99.9% require you to say an exact amount that they will pre-auth. Kind of like giving them a $20 and then going back for the change (HA I’ve just given you a hint at how fucking old I am)
As a new resident of Ohio, I concur.
Pshaw, I say; pshaw. I currently own a Land Rover and a Jaguar (XJ6C from the British Leyland era) and have successfully owned a Lancia and XJS. I scoff at the “maintenance nightmares” of others.
I have no idea, but there are a ton of Envisions running around the place. But surely the Envision is more egregious than the Blazer?
Why would people be more pissed about the Mexican-built Blaze than the CHINESE-built Envision?
I’ve never had that happen. I can say that if you don’t cancel the flight before you don’t show up, you will have your entire itinerary cancelled.
um, actually, if you no-show for ANY airline, Southwest included, your itinerary is cancelled. All the OP needed to do was tell American they wouldn’t be on the first leg of the flight so they can cancel that part and then they would still have been able to return. Had they bought a standard fare (and bought directly…
Proof of why BMWs no longer have dipsticks (other than behind the wheel)
So we have a sepia-toned memory of yore when “Dad” drove his convertible to the Mad Men office, “Mom” drove her station wagon to the new-fangled super-market and they drove the kids to “church” on Sunday in the fancy sedan.
If it were just grey and weird blue...
OK, look, I get it: you can’t ignore this vehicle. But the statement: “The whole era of the New Class and the 3 Series only goes back to the ‘60s and ‘70s” is about as disingenuous as it gets. BMW only became relevant to the US market as a direct result of the 3 series and the rise of the yuppie. It was a success…
