More, more, more!!!!

I hear you. I was “on the path” to that management area that doesn’t pay all that much more, but adds 10+ hours to your work week. I said nah. There is a theory of diminishing returns over a certain amount of money/responsibility. I work to take vacations and goof off and buy fun stuff.
