I had to do a similar survey when I bought my car a couple of years ago and when I was done filling it out I gave it back to the sales manager. I think there was something like 10 questions, and I gave them a 5/5 rating on all the questions except for one that said something like "On a scale of 1 to 5 how satisfied…

At least in my area, VAG companies surveys are scored on a "10 or nothing scale" meaning if the responce was not a ten it is the same as if you put down a 0.

Volkswagen service manager in Richmond, VA called me because I scored him an 8 on their wait time. Not a bad score but, hey, I had to wait longer than I expected without any updates but the problem was fixed and I was happy with how it turned out.
