I asked this on another Miata post and was hoping to hear your opinions. My parents have a 1991 Miata with 40,000 miles. Great shape, fresh paint, no mechanical issues.

I've known about a local senior center that has a woodshop, but always assumed it was for...well, seniors only. I just gave them a call and it sounds like I might be able to use that space...will require a bit more researching though, but it's promising!
I've done a handful of projects in my apartment, mainly using hand tools. I also find it pretty satisfying to craft things the more "manual" way. Unfortunately, I don't have an "extra" space (spare bedroom, office, even a part of a room that can be partitioned) so I end up doing most things in the middle of the living…
