To share a bit of my hell, because misery loves company:

I've got a cat that goes everywhere with my girlfriend and me. Sits right in your lap the entire car-ride and loves being on her leash outside. She regularly goes with us to the lakehouse/cabin for weekends - a good 6 hour drive.

So whats the most ubiquitous animation software one should learn? I've done quite a bit in Flash and a bit in ToonBoom but I haven't been able to determine the go-to (like Photoshop would be for photo retouching) for animation.
