Not my flavor, but I have no problem giving the thumbs up to anyone who likes these. Its in decent shape, manual, drop top. A Chrysler of this vintage with an 80s turbo should not be DD’d, so as long as you go in knowing its a Sunday cruiser I’ll say NP.

The blackout headlight crowd should love this thing.

Look at that gap between the bumper and body, man.. they weren’t even trying back then.

Passenger seat that folds flat

BMW i3 did this as well.. You could have 1-4 cup holders in the front. Brilliant. 3 notches in the front and 1 in the bin under the arm rest. Lots of accessories for phone mounts and various holders.

Bummer.. Almost perfect. Just throw a couple more motors on there, no need for a drive shaft. My Outlander PHEV has AWD and can get 22 miles on electric and its really useful in the winter. Not everyone needs AWD though.

I just tried to build one, and AWD wasn’t an option. I hope thats not correct, big oversight otherwise.

This problem is easily solved, and everyone will love the same version. Quad cab, but with a removable partition and second row seats (maybe fold and stow). 4 doors and 2 rows when you need, but a full sized bed when you dont.

Back seats dont recline, which is a small, but important aspect of road tripping w/ kids. Its an incredible value for a second car, but not going to cut it for primary duty.

Dont put off thatgas cap tether” maintenance, that can be catastrophically expensive if put off..

double post :o

Swap the lowing/lift and bam! Problem solved.. What do you call this??

triple post (awkward)

Why not both?

This BMW’s giant fake grill on an EV is the worst implementation of a fake vent ever.

That is a $4-6K Jeep in some parts of the country where rust isn’t an issue, and maybe.. maybe $6-8k in the midwest. Great Jeep, WAY overpriced.

Now playing

I’ve read so many studies that say the opposite. This episode of “engineering explained” does a good job of describing why this report is bogus, with plenty of studies to back it up.

For the same money I’d rather have a plain Jane 944 without that godawful red interior. I dont like red (exterior) cars at all, but I believe its the only suitable color for a 944.

As much as I laughed at this, its not true.. well mostly. As soon as you have kids, you stop going out. All that newly spent diaper money is balanced out by your atrophied social life, and lack of desire or energy to buy new clothes.

Some spending goes up if you’re into education, but hey, it all comes back when they

I have no objections aside from the fact that you can buy a bunch of cleaner examples of British roadsters in better condition for the same. Beyond that, go for it. Drive-able projects are way more fun. Trust me, you don’t want this thing. I know, the cars I posted are nearly as cool, but still. I’m saving you heart
