I read in an article (CNN ? too tired to look it up) that Comey said he’s more than willing to testify but only in an open to the public session. Apparently republicans have used statements made in closed door testimonies for political purposes

I think it was Paul Ryan who slept in his office to avoid the cost of renting an apartment. Probably still does.

As yet, the military has not been granted exemption from the rule which prevents them from being used as a police force. As a shout-out to Star Trek: Voyager, I would like to also point out that this specific set was also used in the episode “Fair Haven”. And since it was a crappy episode, I have no idea why I remember it when I’ve forgotten about most of Voyager’s episodes.

I found fried shallots in the Asian section of my local Wegmans. They’re not salted though.
