I'm a nurse in the NICU and we use blue lights help infants with jaundice. They get little foam eye shields when the light is on, we get nothing. Just one more way nursing is trying to ruin my health (night shifts, long hours, lots of standing, etc.)! Guess it's a good thing I like those little nuggets I take care of…
