We “still” have a DVD-only plan. MUCH better selection than streaming. I think anyone who watches a lot of non-mainstream, non-comic-book movies would be sensible to make the same choice.

Why not just get one of those Rubbermaid stepstools they sell at Walmart, undoubtedly for less money? When not being used for pooping, it can be used as, yes, a stepstool.

People talk about how burdensome it is to have thousands of physical books. How many books do we really benefit from owning after we’ve read them? No more than 100 I’d guess. The rest can be passed along for others to enjoy.

I’ve taken to using Bing just because I like the interface a bit better. Frankly, I don’t see much difference in the quality of results between Google and Bing. Debating them seems to me like the pickup truck stickers arguing about Ford vs. Chevy.

I've worked in psychiatric hospitals, and water intoxication can occasionally be a problem there (for patients).
With fusion, the real question is how much net energy is being produced. Even if the reactor is small, if output/input = 1%, it's not going to help us much. Still, I'm excited to see how this develops.
