Being cheated hurts. It is a deep feeling of betrayal. Even though it hurts and is the fault of the cheater, it’s a bad look to throw a lawsuit. I wouldn’t respect someone who did that, and wouldn’t expect respect for doing it. It shows a severe lack of personal agency, in other words being a bit of a bitch.
