I don’t if somebody else has pointed this one out, but, most - if not all - of the special items for the chalice dungeons have been unlocked in the messengers pool (insight). Items such as Bastard of Loran, Coldblood Flowerbud and others are there for the purchase. I don’t think those items were already there before…
