Bottom line is they didn’t want to get her stroller. I’ve worked on the ramp “baggage” for over 11 years. Strollers and wheelchairs, car seats etc.. are ALWAYS placed last and removed first. We would not mix those items in between heavy bags and freight. That being said all they had to do was open the aircraft bin…
