You really don’t want -30C comfort rated sleeping bag for mild weather. It would be pretty roasting experience even if used as quilt.

Just because the masses have made a consensus and people repeat it does not make that opinion wrong. The CrossCabriolet sucks. Is it a niche vehicle and does someone like it? Probably so, but as far as I can tell the crosscabriolet has no redeeming qualities.
The Crosstour is ugly not bad. Those are 2 different things. Other than the subjective metric of appearance, it’s an absolutely fantastic vehicle.
$70k gets you a lot of Acura MDX.
Trippy! Ever read an article about a unicorn and then pull up behind it the next day?
i like it. agree with some of the jetta/passat comments but i like those cars too. honestly the last accord that I liked is the one I still have. i bought a 2007 EX-L new more than 15 years ago now and it has been the perfect companion. Had a current gen as a loaner for the day and it didn’t impress. Honda seems to be…
counterpoint: it takes extreme courage to admit such a mistake in a public forum like this, with your writing reputation on the line. do you think you have that much courage?
Honda Accord Crosstour
In my view, Mazda is spending a lot of money in stupid places.
No practical need for a majority of the cars/trucks/suvs that we buy. My neighbor has an X5M worked up a bit, drives it to Philly and back and trips to the store. No practical need.
I have a 2011 base model VW Jetta and a 2003 Olds Alero coupe. Neither one has more than 130k on them (the Alero did sit for a couple of years) and honestly despite their little issues I can’t replace either. Biggest reason is that I can’t afford to. I have a wife on disability and a pile of medical bills that’s…
Bought a 2018 FFH CPO with 30k miles in 2020 for 13k (new after incentive around 23k).
I bought my 2016 Accord CPO in 2019 and paid 8-9k less than new with a little over 20k miles on it. How is does that not make financial sense?
And if you do have to buy, it likely makes more financial sense to buy used
Am I the only one who thinks this person’s premise is a joke? He misses the sportiness of a 2006 V6 Mustang? Well that’d be easy to beat in this day and age.
FWIW, my self centered prick comment was for folks that don’t really want to put the time into their kids. The majority of my friends don’t want kids and that’s cool.
This was a very playful and well-written article, albeit still containing the typical condescension and snarkiness of a 20-something auto writer without kids reviewing family SUVs. It would be if you let Stacey from the PTA review the next Porsche 911 and asking why on god’s name would you spend this much on such an…
It’s pretty safe to assume that Kristen doesn’t have kids by reading this. But I feel it should be mentioned, as someone who had kids fairly recently and fairly late in life that it seems to me only someone without kids could feel this way. And maybe some self centered pricks with kids. But lets hope those are deep…
