I see all these great advances in battery technology, but I never see them make it to the market. What ever happens to these new advances?

Was it this one?

I wonder what would be harder, getting my dog to keep this on or solving world hunger?

Here are some good ones I found

Here is a good, short video showing how they get these cables on a ship.

Here is a picture showing the different lift profiles for the wings. Also, here is a link to a lot of in depth info on how these winglets work.
Winglets

Here is the one from Agrobot that picks strawberries. I wonder if they can make it go faster. It seems kinda too slow.

So I was watching Babylon AD movie and was about to get to the climax when suddenly . . . credits?! What the? How could they do this to us? A movie with no ending.

I was thinking the same thing. It seems like a lot of artist don't want to face the truth about how their art is decreasing in value. If they really wanted to make money they need to get out there and work for it. Like booking small gigs, performing at concerts, road tours and selling merchandise. Can't make much

Serenity

I'm with you on the headphone requirement. Either have them in or mute it. I have been on a couple flights with Spirit where someone has their music playing out loud; it was so annoying. Respect other people on the plane.

They are testing whether the plane can take off, fly controllably, and land. They test the landing gear operation (a whole other can of worms) later.

Good ole Railroad Tycoon

nah, my bets are on routine maintenance

Looks like they are charging the same jacked up price a dealer would for parts for your car. I do like them a lot though.

Viacom, quit being a dick, and hire people to look for offending content and send take down notices to YouTube. You know, like the law says too.

Here is the charger you will need to get started. I'm looking at getting this one for my 15" MBP.

hmm, never thought about this. Applying this to other shows I watch would mean the kids on South Park would be around drinking age now.

It's like a female version of William Shatner.

Here is a quick video link of the landing process.
