Don’t forget Sir NotAppearinginthisShow.
Really, these sorts of lists should say “What show, except Firefly, did you...”
Nope. No global warming here.
Well, there’s a sex game where that can indeed happen
I didn’t mean this article specifically, but the articles and headlines splashed across all media yesterday, including here. This article reveals how baseless the headlines were, and should have been the first one published after the spurious leak.
I know, right? I often wake up to find my steel bits covered in shiny grime, making me wonder “what fresh shenanigans did I do last night?”
STILL SPOILERY
That sex scene is the motherlode of all sex scenes and people can’t remember it, lol
“In the popular manga, a scientist named Doctor Dyson Ido finds a broken cyborg in a junkyard. He restores it and she becomes a killer assassin.”
Hmm, no she becomes a bounty hunter, a motorball champion and even a special agent, but she never kills anybody in cold blood.
I have a hard time sitting through it. The budgetary constraints are so obvious and the Zefram Cochrane subplot is very cringe worthy. I have no issue with the time travel stuff but the intro of the Borg Queen I think was a mistake. They wrote themselves into a corner and was a mistake carried into later Voyager…
GODDAMN IT NASA!
You may slander Generations, Nemesis, or Insurrection, but good sir that is where it ends...
I may be in the minority on this, but I happen to like “Generations”. I realize that it wasn’t nearly the action movie that the JJ Abrams films are, but I would say that the actions and acting of the characters was truer to the later seasons of TNG than they were in subsequent Next Generation cast movies.
Yup, First Contact was great. Generations was ok - mostly it was weird. Insurrection and Nemesis sucked though.
Five is still better than the Nimoy-directed III, and I actually like elements of it a lot. It’s actually probably as close to an episode of the Original Series as the movies ever get, after maybe Star Trek: TMP. “What does God need with a star ship?” is still pretty classic.
That is a blasphemous lie: it is in no way better than First Contact.
Also - As Der Spiegel called it first, Germany has dibs on that planet!
Actually, habitable zone is a bit of an unclear term - planets varying in size an atmospheric density would have slightly different habitable zones, but the one of our solar system is reckoned to barley include Venus and very well include Mars, yes.
