"Virgo Self-Esteem Broadcast" is more soundscape than song, sure, but I wouldn't call it pointless. It's the calm before the storm of "Watching the Planets".

I can shrug most of that off, but the show is really bad about the "throwaway line from an unrelated character gives Mike/Harvey the silver bullet to their episode-long problem" device.

Maybe I'm being naive, but why is the premise so outlandish as to virtually break the show? I remember Myles leaning pretty hard on this too, and it seems like a weird thing to scrutinize so heavily.
