Yeah you can see a surge as he tickles the throttle, then a wiggle of the tail end as it responds, and then it all goes sideways when he wasn’t prepared for that wiggle in the tail. Usually we call it Mustang Driver Syndrome.

Looks like a typical crash leaving a “cars & coffee” event. Too much power with not enough skill. Appears to have floored it before the rear end pitched right and he over corrected by steering to the right.

He was likely about to show off and pass the other Ferrari, goose the throttle a bit, and that’s the end result!

Your best theory is he dropped his phone? LOL. I’ve seen this exact move 1000 times from inexperienced drivers trying to show off with a big HP RWD car, he was stupid unlucky enough that his overcorrection took him into the side of a parked car. Go watch a compilation of C&C crashes and you will understand.

At what point does this become a business problem for any Memphis-based freight company? If I were a dispatcher right now, I’d be doing everything I can to avoid sending trucks there precisely because I’d have no idea if that load will ever be delivered. I don’t get paid for undelivered loads.
