If you’re solo queuing you won’t get paired with PC players. However, you will get paired with PS5 players and they’re playing in 60-120 fps (depending on TV/monitor), so as a PS4 which can only do 30 fps you might feel disadvantaged.
The only way you were getting matched with PC players, is if you were in a fire team with a PC player. Otherwise, in pvp you don’t match with PC players.
