They didn't think that level of sales was worth the budget... so they rebooted with higher budget and got the same sales. I don't understand the point of spending way more money to try and fix the problem of "financial disappointment" wouldn't it be counter-productive to idea of gaining profit? it's rather annoying how companies are considering hit games to be "disappointing".
