There’s a lot of inflation there. It doesn’t seem sustainable and I think that bubble is going to pop though. Perhaps too much pressure from the market.

You just need to look to the aftermarket, that’s all. The Aussies really love this kinda stuff too. Something about Kangaroos.

What rpm does that torque come in at? What is that torque curve like? If you have to rev that turbo four up to get decent torque then how useful will this be offroad?

It’s interesting that there is lack of smaller cars from that era.

This car seat is TOOooooo hard... and this one is Tooooo Soft... But the little one is JUST right.

Leaky Turbo, Weak fuel pump, Weak AWD angle gear, worn nivomat suspension (unique to AWD) rattling dual mass flywheel, minor dings. But it did have a 5 speed and AWD and gave me over 100,000 km of fun drives for a few thousand investment. Good car, good good car.

4 cars, 3 parking spots, soon to be 2. That and it needed more work and money than I had to give it.

I had to get rid of mine this year. Sad day, Sigh.

I imagine something like this:

A 2.0L Mazda 3 gets 37 mpg on the highway. (28 combined) It turns corners and has just as much cargo space, so why would I want this one again?

Everything old is new again.... Only not rusted out yet. (like these ones did very quickly)

Create a maintenance schedule based on manufactures spec and get caught up on any possible missed items. Make a binder with a list of all upcoming sevices and KEEP RECORDS. (not like the filthy monkeys who had the car before you)

Mega Bucks, ultra high tech and record breaking run. Too bad they didn’t bother to put a $50 go-pro on the dash towards the track. It would have been nice for us the get a sensation of the speed this thing really has. Seems like a bit of a wasted PR moment. I would have watched that over and over again for hours…
