generally if you go into the settings & find where it’s listed in the apps section then its entry will have an uninstall option but if it’s baked in all it does is roll back any updates to the version that came with the phone...

may not be the problem you’re describing but in terms of things “baked in” on an android phone there is a way but it generally requires going full geek...
