“the UK” doesn’t...boorish johnson, nigel farage, jacob rees-mogg, aaron banks & their brexit-hungry brethren on the other hand...

“no deal” equates to trading with the world as third party under WTO rules...& one of the things the Tories would like to do is privatise the NHS...& one of the things the US would likely seek to negotiate in any subsequent trade deal would be access to a “market” made up of one of the largest purchasers of healthcare
