Where I’m from it’s the other way around, the Costco sells the “fresh” fruit & veg that rot a mere day or 2 after you get them home & Sams has the good quality food. Even in chain stores a surprising amount is regional.

At the next big convention, I’m gonna be pulling off masks, Mystery Inc. style.

I think what we should take away from this is assume that all costume wearers at conventions are potentially someone awesome, which is usually the truth even if they’re not celebrities.

Nah. A wide-brimmed fedora is classy as hell if you can pull it off (though that “if” is important). The trilbies that neckbeards so love, though? Those were never really properly “cool”.

I’m pretty sure you aren’t supposed to tell people you’re in witness protection. That’s like going into a bar and telling people you’re a spy.

Really just looks unfun. Just another gritty superhero movie with no life. And the robot voice just insane. He didnt alter his voice in the animated series or the Arkham games and nobody complained so I dont see why they feel the need to always change his voice in the movies.

And now we’ve come full circle from a live action version of the LEGO Batman suit to a LEGO version of the live action LEGO Batman suit.

The fallacy of GamerGate is also contextualized in this line: “but that’s actually what most GGs are concerned about.” How would you actually go about proving “most”? By being an anonymous group that’s opposed to formal organization or outward hierarchy, you cannot by any measure say “most” anything. This group cannot

It’s funny how GG is trying to spin it as “different political opinions are banned!” or “Leftists kick girl gamers out! Misogyny!”

I know I’m sick of whiners complaining about new, popular games being covered.

*silence*

Uh, yes?

That doesn’t look right at all. Pretty sure mine is more accurate. (Also, this is the first time we’ve posted about this. We don’t really do teasers.)

Wait... are you saying Dorian wasn’t well written?

*laughs and respectfully walks away*

I think it might be Luke Skywalker. That, or Jar Jar.

We like to have fun here every once in a while. We are talking about video games after all.

How is it useless and why would it mark the end of a 10 year old game which recently saw a massive increase of subscribers?

There’s something endlessly fascinating about the fact that people were discussing whether or not a virtual world constituted a “fake” or not. William Gibson would love this.

And my hopes will indeed stay low and down.

I never get tired of hearing about Polybius. I was going to say that "Polybius is the best video game urban legend out there!" But, are there even any other good ones?
