Oh thank god, the funny police are here to tell us what is and is not objectively funny.
Sure, stuff like “lore” and cutscenes and narration play a part, but when it comes down to it, there’s a great irony at play: if a creator wants someone to really get lost in their world, they’re going to need to draw them a map.
They were pretty upfront that it wasn’t going into full development until Witcher 3 was out, so it’s only now ramping up. It’ll come out, but it’ll be a while.
Those wounds still hurt. Unless Mass Effect 4 is exactly what I personally want it to be, they likely always will.
Can’t say I blame him. Two big disasters in a row.
I dunno, I think it’s pretty smart for Fire Emblem to cross over with a good game instead.
American 3 or real 3? Because FF6 is great.
This makes me uncomfortable. Because apparently if video game characters ever escape into reality, they’ll be able to hide really well by claiming they’re cosplayers.
I’m onto you Grommash.
I am going to buy a Vita TV to play this game. God have mercy on my soul.
Because it was fun? Because it added a back of box feature? Take your pick.
Man, I know Tamers is divisive, but I love it so much. Stuff like Impmon’s arc was genuinely affecting, and the last third of that series (with the D-Reaper) was messed up. I thought that was where the show became something truly special, and it’s still one of my favorite anime (top 3? 2?), or even tv shows.
The third series was the one where the previous series were mentioned to be fictional in their world.
Is that really that good? 100k per game? Granted, I’m bad at sales figures, but would that be enough for a game of that scale to be considered successful?
I... Yes. I was being sarcastic. I was going to say I’m not sure how you could think I was serious, but this is the internet, so fair enough.
Nope, I’m pretty sure Deus Ex was the first thing to come up with ideas like robot arms.
OH! PAINT IT BLACK! I GET IT!
I don’t get this. It doesn’t play like WoW at all. If anything, it’s more like the Elder Scrolls combat and formula mapped onto an MMO, which comes with it’s own set of problems but... It’s a wholly different beast from WoW, except for “is an MMO.”
It’s not bad at all. I played for a month at launch, and resubbed once before it went f2p. People call it a WoW clone a lot, but it’s really not beyond some surface level stuff. It plays more like a DDO or Neverwinter clone if anything, active combat/blocking with a few swappable cooldown abilities, which I actually…
