I dunno, Geralt's not exactly the best looking guy to begin with.

I was actively mad at Skyward Sword for a good ~50% of my playthrough of it. The other half was great, but the backtracking and handholding (and non-functional motion controls) suuuucked.

Luckily A Link Between Worlds showed me I can love again.

Yeah but, it's not like this guy named his daughter Mass Effect...

I think Tali is a pretty name, and sounds fairly normal (E.G. Not that "Dovahkiin" story from a few years ago). Even Tali Zorah [Lastname] wouldn't be too bad.

Tali'Zorah as a first name... Yeah, unless you're actually Quarian, that's unfortunate. Still, she'd probably just go by Tali, or, if she really hated the name,

On the one hand, censorship is evil. On the other hand, Fire Emblem taught me I get pretty uncomfortable with near-nude little girl characters being on my team (How DID Nowi get through the westernization process, anyway?), and I legitimately like the "censored" outfit designs more.

So... Can I have this as an optional

Yeah, that's a fair point. I'm not saying Super Mario 3D Land would have won had more people played it, just that a relatively low number of people playing it might have contributed to it not being very strongly represented on a public poll.

Also of interest: Zelda beating Fire Emblem by one vote (!) and Super Mario 3D World, a fine game whose absence raised eyebrows in our staff vote, ranking a bit low in the reader poll, too.

Maaaan, think of all the things you could get with that money! You could have gotten a burrito at Taco Bell... You could have gotten a chocolate bar... You could have gotten like ten gumballs, man!

Hearthstone has taught me any franchise can take this concept and do it well... But Square Enix is no Blizzard.

Which is probably why it's no longer a Thanksgiving song.

This is the most useful post Kotaku has ever made.

I feel like the only people who would actually appreciate the throwback are already deep enough into Zelda that they're buying ALBW regardless.

I was thinking the same thing.

Here's my guess at a plot:

Yes. Yes, I think that I shall see this movie.

A nonfunctional PS4 isn't worth anything though. It does nothing for me to have those physical materials.

I was more saying that there's a chance that within the next ten years a launch PS4 will break than that it'll be worthless once the next generation comes out, but yeah, your food thing might be a better analogy.

Ah yes, the sparkle pony. I remember it well.

Previously players had to alt-tab out of World of Warcraft to spend real money on virtual items that will one day not exist. This gave those players time to realize the truth I carefully hid in that previous sentence.

I haven't got the slightest idea what kind of reaction that gif is supposed to convey.
