I liked the part where his glasses were the same color as the green screen. I like to pretend they're ghost glasses.

Seriously though, a good video. I knew about the Celebi scene, even though I've never done that bit (and I'm mad that HG/SS locked story behind a limited event), but most of the rest of it was new to me.

Also, I'm going to reference the anime here which might be a bit contrary since we're talking about the games, but the first movie sort-of touches on this subject.

Don't you be hating on my Mega Lucario. (One of) my favorite Pokemon has dreadlocks now. Dreadlocks OF POWER.

I see your Barbaracle, and raise you a Sigilyph

I can only hope one of them would be named Rawk Hawk.

Best:

We're looking at a game that's probably at least another three years off.

I feel like this is something I wish someone had told me ahead of time, although YMMV:

Is that the one with Kefka? VI is the one with Kefka. It's the only one I've played, and as an outside observer, the Final Fantasy numbering is incomprehensible.

Sorry, it's not. Look, I can do this too!

Note to self: Buy a Vita.

Now playing

If you haven't played SotC yet, you need to remedy that immediately. It's a spectacular game, unlike anything else I've ever played.

And everyone else's point is that some people want to make fat characters, regardless of whether they're fat or not, for example creating Marvel's Kingpin. Then you said they should make a "normal, healthy version" of Marvel's Kingpin. He's a fictional character.

Well, you're either trolling, or you're actually the stupidest person on the planet, so I gave you the benefit of the doubt. Calling me "himler" [sic] doesn't help your case.

The last game featured a level where you teamed up with (Mayor) Burt Reynolds to stop a zombie apocalypse, and you're talking about "realism" of fat characters.

It's no masterpiece, but I really admired them for trying, and while it did fall a bit flat, I still think it was pretty good for a first attempt at bringing a more fleshed out story to the main series Pokemon games.

It's a shame too, because Black and White, despite the problems I had with those games, did try to do something... something, with the plot. I haven't played X and Y yet, but this sounds like a step back from that.
