Right, and for now you'll just wait for traffic to clear so you can access the store again.

Why? You can still download anything you've bought, it's literally just the storefront that's down.
Mind you, I share your concerns, just not for this reason.
After the Steam sale, you may notice that you are completely out of money. Don't worry, this is normal, and just means the Steam sale is working. Within about 3 years, you should own ~80% of the Steam store, and your wallet will finally be safe.
Hate is a little bit strong, but I think Bastion is highly overrated. The narration thing is kind of cool, but at it's core it's just a kind-of-bad top down action RPG.
I also think Prototype is really bad, especially compared to InFamous.
YES!
...All those Dota 2 invites aren't clogging up my Steam inventory any more!
As someone who's never played a GTA game (GTA clones, sure, and other Rockstar games like RDR or LA Noir, but never GTA) I'm really excited for this game. It looks really fun!
That said, at least one of those protagonists is totally going to bite it by the end of that game, right?
Digimon World 3.
Loved that game as a kid, wish it were popular enough to get a rerelease now.
This is terrible. I've listened to Ryan in some capacity almost every day for the past 5 years, he will be dearly missed.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Giant Bomb team.
90% of gen V, while not terribly designed, were essentially rehashes of older Pokemon, or just plain lazy (and I mean, like, outside of the typical "oh look, there's a rattata clone this gen" stuff).
The only designs I was really fond of were... Let's see... the Scolipede evolutionary line, Blitzle (even though he's…
Eating the fungus that is very contagious and turns you into a zombie seems like a profoundly bad idea. But hey, that's just me.
As with almost every other new Pokemon design from the new generation (Helioptile is the worst, and even he's better than 90% of Gen 5 designs), I really really like this!
After Gen 5 was very disappointing to me, I have to say I plan on getting one of the Gen 6 games. I'm bummed that they've gotten rid of sprites, but…
They didn't even start designing the game until the project's Kickstarter was up, because he wanted to get the entire creative process in the documentary. The documentary's second episode is where he comes up with the idea for the game.
So they already had the Kickstarter money when he started designing the game, and…
Currently I listen to the Giant Bombcast (my favorite podcast, easily), This Is Only A Test (way behind on this one), Harmontown, and Casually Harcore (even further behind on this one).
They finished the game and sent a single copy back in time to 1954. We've got to look backward to find it, before they'll release the other copies!
I cannot describe how much I love the moment when they pull into a close up of the rating and say "LITTLEBIGPLANET 2 SAYS IT'S RATED E FOR EVERYONE" and get "Online interaction not rated by the ESRB" riiiiight in the shot.
So close, you guys. So close.
This probably won't help, but if you also own a Playstation 3 you can download drivers for the Dualshock 3 and play it with that.
This is a PC game. You're thinking of Ryse: Son of Rome, the Xbox One launch game.
I'm not sure where the gap in console generations is with handhelds but...
PS3 (60GB I think, it was the $400 price cut, still the big one, no backward compatibility), 2 Wii's (the optical drive went out on the first and I got a new one for Skyward Sword. No regrets, but I didn't end up liking Skyward Sword very much),…
The Google Play store is having a "summer sale" for Android games. Not all the deals are on that page, unfortunately, but I caught that Final Fantasy III, Chaos Rings, and Chaos Rings 2 are all on sale at half off, and since those Square Enix games are typically so pricey compared to most Android games, it's probably…
