I can understand the problem with calls, but what is their problem with texting? If your dog gets diarrhea from his food, switch the protein base, from chicken and poultry to lamb or beef, e.g. If his stools are still loose, add some cooked white rice and/or hard-boiled egg. Also, if he’s young, he’ll probably grow out of it somewhat. It’s a puppy thing a lot of the time.
