I've done a little juicing as a supplement but mostly out of curiosity. It's something I'll definitely show my kids when they're older so they can see how much fruit it takes to make a cup of juice.

I haven't done much experimenting with it yet, but OS X Server gives you access to some advanced Airport Extreme features - RADIUS authentication is the only one I've really played with, but I believe it'll give you access to the logs as well.
That's what I did ~4 years ago and haven't had a single issue. Our network also has a first gen Express (purchased new in 2005) that refuses to quit and a refurbished current gen model. We've had more downtime due to modem/ISP issues than anything router-related.
I used to have one night a month where I couldn't sleep. It would be a vicious cycle of not being completely comfortable, then getting anxious about how late it is and how little sleep I'll be able to get, then more uncomfortable tossing around, until I finally crashed for 2-3 hours. Eventually I realized that this…
I assumed it was standard practice to stir/shake the bottle after heating, apparently it's not. Thanks!
How do they burn their mouths? Are people microwaving bottles with the nipple attached?
We use an antenna for morning/evening news and usually music/podcasts for background noise, but daytime OTA programming could work there as well.
I wonder what that'd change to if they were built ikea style.
If they added a higher res screen, I'd buy one of these in a heartbeat.
After a couple of years using my phone for tracking, I caved and bought a GPS watch (earlier today actually). Weather resistance was the main factor (phone shuts off at 5F or so), but phones are also banned in events I participate in.
Seriously considering building a 3D printer or CNC machine in the next year or two. What do people do with theirs? I'd love to join something like Amazon mechanical turk but for small scale manufacturing (eg 3D print 5 phone cases for $25) but I don't know if that exists or not (yet).
It's quite scary how many people don't understand that cells can contain equations. I've met people who pull out a calculator to add the numbers, then type the result into a cell.
We did this a few times and it worked well. Especially since we could keep those little suction cup ducks (that keep him from slipping on the bottom of the tub) permanently attached to the basket.
I try to keep up with the Joneses, but with actions rather than possessions. You know - save more money, retire earlier, spend more time with my kids/family. I couldn't care less about all the stuff that they buy.
I disagree about giving or taking points away for password requirements. Just at work, I have no less than 5 passwords and all of them have different requirements - the "strongest" requires at least 8 characters, at least one uppercase letter, at least one number, and at least one special character - all for a…
Oh man. So much cooler than the diaper bag we currently have. And cheaper. Yep, this just made my Christmas list.
Steps 3-5 would all apply, I think. The single best thing we did is learn what my skillset is worth to other companies so I could tell if I was being underpaid or not.
Surprising that this doesn't mention anything for your spouse/significant other to do. My wife was laid off at the end of August. We both updated our resumes, built networks on linkedin, applied for jobs, etc. A couple interviews and a job offer later and we're making the same amount while she continues job hunting.
Had no idea FSA's were so hated. We used an FSA last year to cover prescriptions. Since we knew exactly how much they'd cost each month it was a simple decision and we didn't lose any money. If you have regular (expected) medical costs, they work well (coincidentally, these regular medical expenses make the HSA/high…
My dad did something almost identical about 15 years ago. He took a corded drill and chucked a wooden scrub brush to clean the tub and tiles in the bathroom. I've never seen mildew disappear so quickly.
